Although all orders are final, we do offer our Hassle-Free Size Exchanges. Once an item has been placed into production, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. This is because each item is made on demand per customer order.

 

The standard production time is 2-5 business days; however, during our peak seasons, this time can extend to 5-7 business days on some orders. If you are a first-time customer and your order is over $150, it may be subjected to verification before being shipped out.

 

If an order has a defective item, we will do our best to ship a replacement item to you immediately. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  1. Customers are only allowed one complimentary size exchange.
  2. Size Exchange item MUST be the identical item purchased.
  3. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with shipping the item back and shipping the new item. We ask that customers include a return label with their return for ClothesBox Custom Apparel to ship the new product.

  5. For Hassle Free Exchange, you can submit the request via email to: clothesboxohio@gmail.com with the heading: SIZE EXCHANGE.
  6. Since each item purchased is custom printed, packaged, and prepared, a Size Exchange will take longer to complete. Size Exchanges can take 14-21 business days to complete. If your size is unavailable in stock, you will be given exchange for another color style or store credit minus shipping cost.

 

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

All sale items are final sales. Items purchased at a total price; or unworn and unopened can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days. No refunds. For Exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping (unless there is an error with your order).

 

We understand that sometimes shopping online can be frightening and discouraging when unsure about sizing. To help ease some of your worries, we offer all customers a one-time Hassle-Free Size Exchange* with your order as long as the item is returned in perfect condition.

 

IF DEFECTIVE, WE APOLOGIZE, AND WE WILL CORRECT IT IMMEDIATELY AND SHIP OUT A REPLACEMENT. WE MAY HONOR EXCHANGES ON SIZES AND COLORS IF IN STOCK. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COST. IF YOU ARE USING OUR HASSLE-FREE EXCHANGE, WE REQUEST YOU COVER THE COST TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US AND CLOTHESBOX CUSTOM APPAREL TO SHIP THE NEW ITEM. CLOTHESBOX CUSTOM APPAREL will not refund next-day air shipping on any refunds.
